You will serve as subject matter expert for the MA team, oversee clinic workflow, and facilitate communication among MA, providers, and nursing staff to promote high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.

Qualificações

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience in outpatient clinical settings preferred.
• Ability to coordinate staff schedules and clinic workflow.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinic workflow and supervise floor medical assistant staff.
• Act as a resource and mentoring point for the Medical Assistant team; ensure high proficiency.
• Coordinate scheduling and task assignments to maintain efficient clinic operations.
• Advise on inventory, supply stocking, and equipment readiness within budgetary guidelines.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and support care coordination with providers and nursing staff.
