Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health seeks a Lead Therapist to promote teamwork, supervise clinical staff, and provide consultation within a multidisciplinary care team. You will oversee social services development, coordinate staff coverage, and collaborate with operations to meet program goals.

The role includes direct patient care, staff coaching, performance reviews, and participation in outreach. A master's degree and clinical licensure, plus health care/psychiatric experience, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, from an accredited program.
• At least two years’ healthcare experience and two years in a psychiatric setting preferred.
• Current licensure as LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent in state practicing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and social services as needed.
• Supervise and coach assigned staff; oversee development and coordination of social services.
• Collaborate with site leadership to ensure staffing plans meet patient care needs.
• Participate in staff evaluations and performance improvement activities.
• Lead multidisciplinary meetings and communicate goals and outcomes.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new staff and interns.
• Participate in outreach and community education activities.
