Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with responsibility for clinical and operational teams.
• Experience leading multi-site healthcare or clinical operations at scale.
• Active clinical background; medical aesthetics experience preferred.
• Strong governance, regulatory compliance, and operational risk understanding.
• Ability to drive performance using metrics, systems, and standardized processes.
• Financial and operational acumen connecting clinic activity to business results.
• Experience developing leaders and accountability across dispersed teams.
• Executive presence and ability to influence across functions.
• Ability to lead through growth, change, and organizational complexity.
• Master’s degree preferred in relevant field.
• Ability to travel regularly across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clinical and Field Operations across markets, creating operating discipline, standards, and accountability to deliver consistent performance at scale.
• Standardize workflows, operating playbooks, policies, and execution rhythms; bring leaders together around shared expectations and measurable outcomes.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex clinical, operational, and guest experience matters.
• Elevate provider performance by establishing clear expectations, engagement, onboarding, training, validation, and documentation standards.
• Ensure clinical excellence and compliance while using productivity and performance indicators to identify opportunities.
• Own end-to-end guest journey; improve NPS, conversion, rebooking, and guest satisfaction while reflecting service standards.
• Drive profitability through labor optimization, scheduling efficiency, workflow improvements, and disciplined execution.
• Use data to identify opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives to scale the organization.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local clinical/operational requirements; audit readiness and risk mitigation.
• Build staffing, training, workflows for growth without compromising quality or guest experience.
• Develop leaders and succession plans; partner with People and Training teams to strengthen capability.
