Job summary

Frontier Direct Care is seeking a Practice Operations Manager to lead daily clinic operations, team performance, and alignment with company goals across multiple local sites. You will drive operational excellence and staff development.

You will partner with Medical Directors, HR, and senior leadership to hire, train, and develop APPs and MAs, manage scheduling and inventory, and drive patient engagement and outcomes across clinics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare operations or clinic management experience.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience managing APPs, MAs, or nurses in a fast-paced clinic.
• Track record of improving clinic metrics (coverage, throughput, utilization).
• On-site presence and hands-on leadership.
• Ability to collaborate with Medical Directors, HR, and leadership.
• Experience with inventory, invoice reconciliation, licensing/credentialing, patient relations.
• Proficient in scheduling and EHR or practice-management software.
• Willing to travel between clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and team performance.
• Align clinic activities with company goals and ROI initiatives.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors on clinical skills and development.
• Coordinate HR activities including hiring and retention strategies.
• Bridge between clinics and business, drive patient engagement.
• Ensure inventory, licensing, and patient relations are managed.
