Job summary

Face Forward Aesthetics is seeking a Market Manager to lead the Cleveland market. You will be responsible for overall market performance, integrate business results with clinical operations, and develop high‑performing teams across multiple clinics.

You will partner with physicians and leadership to optimize scheduling, capacity, guest experience, and profitability while maintaining exceptional clinical care and compliance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive leadership experience in medical aesthetics or provider-led clinical settings.
• Experience leading multiple locations or clinics.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to interpret P&Ls and KPIs.
• Proven ability to coach teams and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own market and clinic revenue, profitability, and productivity.
• Partner with providers to strengthen clinical operations and performance.
• Monitor capacity, utilization, show rate, and consultation conversion.
• Lead implementation of new treatments, systems, and operating standards.
