Face Forward Aesthetics in the United States seeks a clinical operations leader to oversee multi-site clinic programs. You will align clinical and operational teams, standardize processes, and ensure reliable performance at scale.
With finance, governance, and guest-experience at the forefront, you will drive profitability, develop leaders, and partner with executive leadership to translate growth strategy into disciplined, high-quality care.
Lead Clinical and Field Operations
You will lead clinic operations across our markets, creating the operating discipline, standards, and accountability necessary to deliver consistent performance at scale.
You will standardize workflows, operating playbooks, policies, and execution rhythms while bringing clinical and operational leaders together around shared expectations and measurable outcomes. You will also serve as a senior escalation point for complex clinical, operational, and guest experience matters.
You will create an environment where providers can deliver exceptional clinical outcomes while building productive and sustainable practices.
You will establish clear performance expectations, strengthen provider engagement and retention, and oversee clinical onboarding, training, competency validation, and documentation standards.
In partnership with our Chief Medical Officer and clinical education leaders, you will ensure clinical excellence and compliance while using productivity, utilization, rebooking, and other performance indicators to identify opportunities and intervene early when performance is off track.
You will have accountability for the end-to-end guest journey across our clinics, ensuring that our brand promise is consistently delivered in every market.
Working closely with Training and Marketing, you will help improve NPS, conversion, rebooking, and guest satisfaction while ensuring clinic environments and team member behaviors reflect our service standards.
This is not a traditional clinical leadership position. It is an operating leadership role with meaningful accountability for business performance.

You will ensure adherence to applicable federal, state, and local clinical and operational requirements across our markets.
You will oversee audit readiness, compliance reviews, documentation standards, corrective action planning, and escalation of significant clinical or regulatory risks.
You will help translate our growth strategy into operational reality.
Whether launching a new clinic, introducing a new service, or improving the performance of an existing market, you will ensure staffing, training, workflows, and operational readiness are in place to accelerate productivity without compromising clinical quality or guest experience.
You will build and develop clinical and guest experience leaders across the organization, creating a strong leadership pipeline through coaching, mentoring, performance accountability, and succession planning.
You will partner closely with our People and Training teams to strengthen leader capability, retention, and organizational performance.

You will work alongside our Chief Operating Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and executive leadership team to shape how we operate, develop our providers, front-line teams and leaders, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and scale Face Forward for its next stage of growth.
