Jewish Family Service of Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations in Somerville, NJ to lead behavioral health and social services. The role offers a hybrid work model with a focus on quality care and program excellence.

The ideal candidate will hold an MSW with an active LCSW license, 5+ years in clinical settings and at least 3 years in leadership, plus strong collaboration and strategic planning skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work required.
• Active New Jersey LCSW licensure required.
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience with 3+ in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations across service lines with focus on quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development to licensed clinicians and support staff.
• Develop and evaluate evidence-based clinical programs and treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, planning, and program growth.
• Monitor outcomes, documentation standards, and quality assurance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements.
• Maintain a clinical caseload and supervise group facilitation as needed.
