The ideal candidate will hold an MSW with an active LCSW license, 5+ years in clinical settings and at least 3 years in leadership, plus strong collaboration and strategic planning skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work required.
• Active New Jersey LCSW licensure required.
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience with 3+ in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations across service lines with focus on quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development to licensed clinicians and support staff.
• Develop and evaluate evidence-based clinical programs and treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, planning, and program growth.
• Monitor outcomes, documentation standards, and quality assurance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements.
• Maintain a clinical caseload and supervise group facilitation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations across all service lines, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance
• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development to licensed clinicians and support staff
• Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based clinical programs and treatment protocols
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and program growth initiatives

• Ensure compliance with state licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Active NJ licensure (LCSW) required
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services nonprofit settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, case management, and trauma-informed care
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive program outcomes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
