Jewish Family Service of Somerset is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead and elevate their clinical programs in Somerville, NJ. This role offers a hybrid work style with flexibility and opportunities for advancement.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in Social Work with NJ licensure (LCSW) and at least 5 years of clinical experience, including 3 years in leadership. You will oversee diverse behavioral health services and drive program outcomes with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work required.
• Active NJ licensure (LCSW) required.
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services nonprofit settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations across all service lines, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development to licensed clinicians and support staff.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based clinical programs and treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and program growth initiatives.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation standards, and quality assurance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements.
• Maintain a clinical caseload and facilitate or supervise facilitation of groups.
