Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is seeking a seasoned Clinical Leader in Cherry Hill, NJ to provide 24/7 clinical management and partnership with the Clinical Director. The role emphasizes supervising clinicians, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving effective therapy programs.

The position requires a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling, state licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LCADC), and CCS certification, with at least two years in mental health.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Independently licensed in the state of practice (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCADC).
• CCS (Certified Clinical Supervisor) required.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in mental health.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24-hour clinical operations with Clinical Director.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to clinicians.
• Ensure 92% compliance on facility metrics with regular feedback.
• Audit documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee group therapy and ensure quality programming.
