Qualifications

Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related Human Services field.
Active New Jersey License: LCSW or LSW.
1+ year supervisory or leadership experience.
2+ years of behavioral health, mental health, CSS, or case management experience.
Knowledge of community resources, DMHAS standards, and social services.

Responsibilities

Assist with oversight and administration of Community Support Services (CSS) programs.
Supervise, support, and mentor case managers and community-based behavioral health staff.
Conduct rehabilitation assessments and assist with service planning activities.
Promote community integration and recovery-focused care.
Provide field supervision, staff coaching, and clinical support.
Respond to crises and assist with intervention and stabilization efforts as needed.
Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor documentation quality and program outcomes.
Participate in on-call leadership coverage.
