You will collaborate with clinical staff, handle patient scheduling, process payments, and ensure proper documentation and consent are complete.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical and administrative roles to support operations.
• Charges and collects payments for surgeries and merchandise; generates invoices and balances end-of-day.
• Confirms surgical patient appointments by phone and written communication.
• Informs clinical team of daily surgery schedule.
• Takes pre-operative photos and processes electronic prescriptions.
• Verifies patient paperwork (labs, intake information, consents) before surgery date.
• Tracks inventory for surgical and clinical supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
