Mia Aesthetics in Chicago seeks a Medical Receptionist- Clinical Operations Specialist to support administrative, finance, and pre-operative duties. You will interact with patients and vendors, manage schedules, and ensure accurate records.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, 1–2 years of customer service, HIPAA/ OSHA awareness, and a positive, detail‑oriented approach. On-the-job training and growth opportunities are offered along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma is required or equivalent.
• Active Registered or Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
• Plastic Surgery knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience working in an operating room preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• HIPAA & OSHA Compliance Certification preferred.
• Maintains and holds an active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional appearance and attitude as a Mia Aesthetics representative.
• Performs clerical and administrative roles as needed.
• Promotes continuous improvement of patient care and customer service.
• Tracks inventory for surgical and clinical supplies.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
