Mia Aesthetics is hiring a Clinical Operations Specialist to support administrative, finance, and pre-operative clinical duties within a fast-growing cosmetic surgery practice. You will interface with patients and vendors, manage payments, schedules, and patient records, while upholding HIPAA and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided.
• Minimum 1–2 years customer service experience.
• Experience in an operating room preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• HIPAA & OSHA compliance knowledge preferred.
• Active BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional appearance and attitude as a Mia Aesthetics representative.
• Performs clerical and administrative roles as needed.
• Promotes continued improvement of patient care and customer service.
• Tracks inventory for surgical and clinical supplies.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Prepares and verifies invoices and schedules for surgery day.
