Job summary

Mia Aesthetics is hiring a Clinical Operations Specialist to support administrative, finance, and pre-operative clinical duties. The role interfaces with patients, surgeons, and vendors and requires strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities include pre-operative processing, invoicing, appointment coordination, and maintaining patient charts with accuracy. A friendly, professional demeanor and bilingual ability are valued.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Active CMA/RMA preferred and BLS certification preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• HIPAA & OSHA certifications preferred.
• Operating room experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional appearance and attitude as a Mia Aesthetics representative with patients and vendors.
• Performs clerical and administrative duties as needed to support the business.
• Promotes continued improvement of patient care and customer service.
• Tracks inventory for surgical and clinical accessories/supplies.
• Keeps patient information confidential and HIPAA compliant.
• Adheres to OSHA and legal regulations for a safe work environment.
• Charges and collects payments for surgeries and merchandise; balance end of day.
