The Clinical Development Operations Associate role supports department operations through documentation, coordination, and hands-on administrative activity to keep processes running smoothly.

You will help maintain records, gather information, and assist with data collection and reporting, while building knowledge of business operations and company systems.

Qualifications

• Hold a college degree in business, operations, administration, or related field.
• Up to 1+ years in administrative operations, customer support, or related roles.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Support operational activities and department objectives.
• Maintain department records, documentation, and data.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and administrative support activities.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate routine team activities.
• Escalate issues and concerns to the appropriate team member.
