Position Description

The Documentation Coordinator ensures the accuracy, completeness, and organization of Premarket Regulatory Affairs documentation at Applied Medical. This fully onsite role prepares, creates, edits, and maintains regulatory documents while supporting broader registration activities. The Documentation Coordinator collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and brings strong attention to detail, communication, and organization to every deliverable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizes and maintains a centralized repository for regulatory documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval for stakeholders.
  • Prepares, creates, edits, and maintains documentation supporting Premarket Regulatory Affairs and registration activities.
