Job summary

Concordia Visiting Nurses seeks a Clinical Manager Assistant to support the Clinical Manager and ensure smooth operation of the Home Health Agency. You will handle schedules, coordinate meetings, and manage correspondence for the clinical leadership team.

You will help streamline workflows, maintain up-to-date patient records, ensure HIPAA compliance, manage clinical supplies and resources, and contribute to special projects through data gathering and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; medical administration preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, scheduling software, and office applications.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for the clinical leadership team.
• Workflow Optimization: Streamline clinical workflows, prepare necessary documentation, and maintain up-to-date patient records.
• Communication & Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between clinical staff, management, and other departments.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and internal policies.
• Clinical Resource Management: Assist with managing clinical supplies, equipment, and resources.
• Special Projects: Support clinical initiatives with data gathering, analysis, and report generation.
