Job summary

Bridge Home Health & Hospice is seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager to support day-to-day clinical operations at the California branch. The role involves coaching staff, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Vocational Nurse with 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, especially in home health, and a strong background in quality improvement and utilization management.

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse with CA license and current licensure.
• 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health.
• Strong understanding of performance improvement, QA, and utilization management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day clinical operations for the branch.
• Train new clinical staff and serve as a resource for field staff.
• Educate staff during onboarding and ongoing training; tailor methods to needs.
• Oversee and coordinate daily workflow; ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate new-hire training (EMR, orientation, supplies) and assess training needs.
• Support clinical decision-making and staff development programs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Managers on documentation accuracy and actionable insights.
• Assist with patient visits and triage issues as needed.
• Support PI programs and quality improvement initiatives.
