What you’ll do as a Clinical Manager Assistant:
- Administrative Support:Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for the clinical leadership team.
- Workflow Optimization:Assist in streamlining clinical workflows, preparing necessary documentation, and maintaining up-to-date patient records and files.
- Communication & Coordination:Facilitate effective communication between clinical staff, management, and other departments, helping to resolve issues and ensure timely information flow.
- Documentation & Compliance:Help maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to all HIPAA regulations and internal policies.
- Clinical Resource Management:Assist with managing clinical supplies, equipment, and resources to ensure the team has what it needs.
- Special Projects:Support clinical initiatives and projects as assigned, including data gathering, analysis, and report generation.

- Medical Terminology:Basic understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare practices.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; further education or certification in medical administration preferred.
