UW Health at University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation is seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to support an interdisciplinary team and manage administrative tasks. The role is 100% FTE with day shifts, located at 1102 S. Park St.

Training period followed by potential 1-2 days per week remote work. Responsibilities include managing provider templates, supplies, clinic spaces, and assisting leaders with scheduling and minutes.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred
• 1 year experience in an administrative support role Required
• 3 years experience in an administrative support function Preferred
• Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
