UW Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to coordinate staffing schedules, oversee purchasing and inventory management, and provide administrative support across multiple clinics.

The role involves organizing meetings, tracking action items, and supporting projects and committees in a fast-paced hospital environment. High school or associate degree candidates with healthcare administrative experience are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, day shift working Monday - Friday from 6:30a - 3p. You will work at Junction Road Medical Center, Union Corners clinic and Eastpark Medical Center.

Qualifications
