UW Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to join a multidisciplinary team and support administrative functions across scheduling, supplies, and meeting coordination. This role includes managing provider templates, clinic spaces, and taking meeting minutes to support leaders and staff.

The position is 100% FTE on days located at 1102 S. Park St. Wisconsin. After training, there may be eligibility for 1–2 remote work days per week to support work-life balance.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred.
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred.
