Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Pharmacist–Oncology to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to oncology patients within the Carle Cancer Center. You will participate in MTM, dosing recommendations, and collaborate with hematology/oncology teams for inpatient and outpatient care.

Responsibilities include patient care, preparation of chemotherapy, adverse effect monitoring, and participating in rounds and care transitions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist with IDFPR.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care to optimize prescribing, administration and monitoring of medications.
• Provide MTM services and patient education per Pharmacy Act.
• Prepare and oversee chemotherapy and investigational agents.
