Job summary

VillageMD is seeking an Office Supervisor who will oversee daily clinical operations, coordinate staff and act as liaison between physicians and staff to ensure quality patient care across our NJ sites.

Under supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, you will plan schedules, manage PTO requests, conduct annual performance reviews, optimize EMR use, and drive cross‑department collaboration while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years related work experience required; 5–8 years preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage a team with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and support in day‑to‑day operations within the clinical setting.
• Plans, organizes and coordinates daily operations to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintains and grows staff competencies, schedules, and PTO requests.
