Qualifications

• HS/GED is required.
• Currently enrolled in nursing program and has completed one clinical nursing course and one clinical rotation.

Responsibilities

• Develops critical thinking with RN to ensure quality patient care.
• Provides basic patient care (hygiene, vitals, mobility).
• Communicates changes to nurse and escalates concerns.
• Delivers high-level customer service to patients, families, and staff.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely.
• Participates in hand-offs and reports.
• Performs delegated tasks after competency validation.
• Assists with data collection and activities of daily living.
• Uses clinical technology as applicable.
