• ACLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire for ER/ICU/Telemetry.
• BSN preferred; RN-C within 2 years of hire preferred.
• PALS within 30 days of hire for units admitting pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Assists Department Director in daily unit operations and staffing.
• Oversees staff performance, training, and compliance with regulations.
• Ensures safe and efficient patient care during shifts.
• Direct patient care only as needed within scope of practice.
