Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager for the Resource Team, Throughput + Staffing at our Arlington Heights campus. You will lead nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain high standards of patient care, and guide quality improvement initiatives across day shifts.

You will collaborate with physicians and leaders to develop budgets, allocate resources, and monitor departmental performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN or MSN required.
• Current IL nursing license; RN eligible to practice in Illinois.
• Current CPR certification; specialty certification required; plan to obtain within 2 years.
• Three years of progressively responsible clinical experience; minimum three years in management.

Responsibilities

• Manages unit ensuring regulatory compliance and maintains patient care standards.
• Develops budgets, allocates resources, and monitors department costs.
• Interviews and evaluates staff; ensures orientation and ongoing education.
• Formulates clinical area policies; drives evidence-based practice and quality improvement.
• Collaborates with physicians to coordinate patient care and service delivery.
• Enhances patient experience and resolves customer service issues.
• Mentors staff and supports workforce development.
