Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for the Resource Team, Throughput + Staffing. This full-time, day-shift role involves managing unit operations, regulatory compliance, and staffing to support high-quality patient care.

Requirements include BSN or MSN, Illinois RN license, CPR and specialty certification with a plan to obtain within two years, plus a minimum of three years clinical experience and three years management experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with BSN or MSN.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in Illinois.
• Current CPR certification; Specialty certification required; candidate will obtain certification within two years from date of hire.
• Three years of progressively responsible clinical experience; Minimum of three years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages unit in compliance with regulatory agencies and maintains standards of patient care.
• Assists in annual budgets and the business plan; allocates resources and monitors budgets and costs.
• Interviews, hires, disciplines, and discharges staff; ensures orientation and evaluates performance.
• Develops policies/procedures for the Clinical Area; improves clinical services and operational plans.
• Collaborates with physicians to identify patient needs and coordinate services; represents the department in hospital meetings.
