Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for the Resource Team, Throughput + Staffing in Arlington Heights, IL. This full‑time role manages regulatory compliance, budgeting, staffing, and continuous quality improvement to deliver patient‑centered care.

Qualified candidates hold a BSN or MSN and Illinois RN licensure, with CPR and specialty certification. A minimum of three years in clinical leadership and three years in management is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN or MSN required.
• Illinois licensed registered nurse in good standing.
• Current CPR certification; specialty certification required, with plan to obtain within two years.
• Minimum three years of progressively responsible clinical experience and three years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages unit in compliance with all regulatory agencies and maintains standards of patient care.
• Assists in annual budget development and business planning; allocates resources and reviews variances.
• Interviews, hires, disciplines, and evaluates personnel; ensures orientation and ongoing education.
• Formulates policies for the Clinical Area; drives evidence‑based patient care improvements.
• Collaborates with physicians to identify patient needs and coordinates service delivery across teams.
• Implements actions to improve patient experience and address customer service issues.
• Mentors staff and fosters growth; promotes a positive workforce environment and nurse satisfaction.
• Shares responsibility for related clinical units in the absence of other managers.
• Adheres to Northwest Community Hospital standards, policies, and procedures.
