Job summary
Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager - Resource Team, Throughput + Staffing to lead a busy unit in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time role oversees patient care standards, budgets, staffing, and performance improvement to ensure safe, efficient service.
You will collaborate with physicians, mentor staff, hire and evaluate personnel, and implement evidence‑based policies. Requirements include BSN or MSN and Illinois license, plus 3+ years of clinical experience and 3+ years in
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- License to practice nursing in Illinois.
- CPR certification; specialty certification required or committed to obtain within two years.
- Minimum of three years clinical experience and three years management experience.
Responsibilities
- Manages unit in compliance with regulatory agencies and maintains patient care standards.
- Assists in annual budgets and business planning; allocates resources and monitors costs.
- Interviews, hires, disciplines, and evaluates staff; ensures orientation and training.
- Develops policies for the Clinical Area; implements action plans to improve services.
- Collaborates with physicians to identify patient needs and coordinates care across departments.
