Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager - Resource Team, Throughput + Staffing in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time role leads a unit, drives staffing, budgeting, and quality improvements to ensure high standards of patient care.

The ideal candidate has a BSN or MSN, IL RN licensure, CPR and specialty certification, and at least three years of clinical and three years of management experience. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Illinois RN licensure to practice nursing.
• Current CPR certification; specialty certification required with plan to obtain within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit in compliance with regulatory agencies and maintain patient-care standards.
• Assist in annual budgeting and business planning; monitor budgets and allocate resources.
• Hire, coach, evaluate, and retain staff; ensure department orientation and ongoing education.
• Develop and implement clinical policies/procedures; drive continuous quality improvement.
• Collaborate with physicians to coordinate patient care and coordinate interdepartmental activities.
• Improve patient experience and staff engagement through action plans and performance goals.
