Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager - Resource Team, Throughput + Staffing in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time, 40-hour position operates on a day shift with no required travel, overseeing unit operations and clinical standards.

You will manage budgets, staff performance, and educational programs while collaborating with physicians to optimize patient care and experience. Strong nursing leadership and regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN or MSN required.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
• Current CPR certification; specialty certification required; plan to obtain within two years of hire.
• Three years of progressively responsible clinical experience; minimum three years in management.

Responsibilities

• Manages unit in compliance with regulatory agencies and maintains patient care standards.
• Assists in annual budgeting and business planning; allocates resources and monitors costs.
• Interviews, hires, disciplines, and evaluates personnel;-oriented to department and hospital.
• Develops policies for the Clinical Area; implements action plans to improve services.
• Collaborates with physicians to identify patient needs and coordinates care delivery.
• Implements patient experience improvements and acts as liaison for service issues.
• Mentors staff and fosters learning; promotes a positive workforce environment.
• Shares responsibility for related Clinical Units when needed.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing
