Endeavor Health is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager - Resource Team, Throughput + Staffing for our Arlington Heights, IL location. This full-time role oversees day-shift operations, staffing, and throughput to ensure high-quality patient care.

The position requires a BSN or MSN, Illinois nursing license, current CPR, and specialty certification with a plan to obtain within two years. A minimum of three years of clinical and three years of management experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with BSN or MSN.
• Current Illinois nursing license.
• Current CPR certification; specialty certification required with plan to obtain within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages unit in compliance with regulatory agencies and maintains patient care standards.
• Assists in annual budget development and business planning with the director; allocates resources and monitors costs.
• Interviews, hires, disciplines, and evaluates staff; ensures orientation and ongoing education.
• Develops policies to ensure evidence-based patient care and continuous improvement of clinical services.
• Collaborates with physicians to identify patient needs and coordinates care across departments.
• Drives initiatives to improve patient experience and staff engagement.
