The CANM will guide staff, coordinate with care teams, supervise assignments, and champion safety and patient experience in a fast-paced acute care unit.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN licensure required in Alabama.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Experience leading nursing teams in acute care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure high-quality care and patient flow.
• Coordinate staffing based on patient acuity and team skills.
• Monitor patient status and ensure adherence to physician orders and policies.
• Serve as a resource and coach for frontline staff and providers.
