Role Overview: The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care by coordinating all nursing functions during their shift. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate, customize, and deliver care, assist with admission and discharge processes, and support improved clinical outcomes and service excellence.
