Requirements include a Nevada RN license, BSN, BLS, ACLS, NVCI, and ANCC certification within 6 months. Leadership experience is strongly preferred and clinical excellence is expected.

Qualifikationen

• BSN required within 2 years of hire or transfer.
• Current RN license in Nevada.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required.
• ACLS required.
• NVCI required.
• ANCC national certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• 1+ year applicable nursing experience required.
• 1+ year leadership experience strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assists with admissions and discharges to ensure efficient throughput and care.
• Participates in quality assessment of patient care in the unit.
• Collaborates with managers to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Manages staff scheduling and labor in line with productivity guidelines.
• Oversees inventory control and supplies/equipment management.
