Job summary

Mission Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all unit functions. The CNC partners with management to monitor nursing care and supports an exceptional patient experience.

The role involves coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team, assisting with admissions/discharges, and coaching staff to improve outcomes. This is a patient-focused leadership position within the Mission Health system.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Bachelor's Degree, or Associate Degree
• RN Licensure
• 1 years experience Required Years of Experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
