Job summary

Mission Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator CVPC to lead patient-centered care delivery on the unit and partner with management to monitor nursing care according to policy.

The CNC functions as a resource, coaches staff, supports improved outcomes, and assists with admissions and discharges while helping with staffing schedules. This role requires RN licensure, a BSN/associates, and ACLS/BCLS within 30 days of start date.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of start date.
• BCLS within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensure required within 30 days of employment start date.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize and deliver high quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
