Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some medical experience is preferred.
• BCLS certification required.
• Ability to work day, night, and weekend shifts as needed.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and start registration, ensuring flow.
• Measure vital signs and record in EMR.
• Explain procedures and prepare exam rooms.
• Assist Physician/Provider with procedures.
• Maintain sterile environment and inventory.
• Perform eye exams, EKG, pulse oximetry, spirometry.
• Run CLIA-waived labs and process specimens.
• Conduct DOT and non-DOT urine drug screens.
• Remove dressings and sutures; wound care.
• Uphold safety and hygiene standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and QA.
