Straumann Group seeks an Associate Director in Clinical Market Development & Professional Relations to advance North America market strategy, bridging Field Sales, Medical Education, Product Marketing, and Clinical Affairs.

The role is remote with up to 50% travel, including trips to Andover, MA, and focuses on building KOL networks and executing market development and education programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of clinical markets, KOL development, and field execution.
• Experience partnering across Sales, Medical Education, and Marketing.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive KOL and Professional Relations strategy across specialties and geographies.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with established clinical experts, speakers, professional organizations, and other influential stakeholders.
• Translate clinical insights into programs that support product launches, education, customer engagement, and market development.
• Collaborate with Field Sales leadership to identify market needs and opportunities to expand adoption in priority markets.
• Lead speaker development and activation, onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to support priority solutions.
