What you’ll do as a Clinical Scheduler:

Schedule Management:Creating and managing daily and weekly schedules for clinical staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels based on client needs, preferences, and availability.
Client & Caregiver Communication:Effectively communicating schedule updates, changes, and important information to clients, families, and clinical staff.
Problem Solving & Adaptability:Responding proactively to last-minute changes, call-offs, and urgent client needs, finding efficient solutions to maintain continuity of care.
Documentation & Compliance:Maintaining accurate records of schedules, authorizations, and client information within the scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR) systems, adhering to all HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
Collaboration:Working closely with the Clinical Manager, Intake team, and other staff members to coordinate admissions, initial visits, and ensure smooth transitions of care.
Customer Service:Demonstrating a strong focus on customer service, ensuring all interactions are professional, empathetic, and patient-centered.
