Job summary

Montefiore Health System seeks a qualified professional to coordinate and manage an Intensive Outpatient program for Next Steps North and Vocational Services, as well as the opioid treatment program at the Wellness Centers. The role requires QHP status, a master’s degree, and experience supervising staff.

You will develop policies, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise counseling staff, and liaise with hospitals and community agencies.

Qualifications

• Must be a Qualified Health Professional (QHP).
• CASAC preferred.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field required.
• Experience in training and supervising staff required.
• Knowledge of addiction treatment and working with marginalized populations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in managing Intensive Outpatient and Vocational Services programs.
• Develop systems for maintaining timely and quality documentation.
• Oversee admission paperwork reviews and quarterly chart reviews.
• Establish and implement utilization review and quality improvement plans.
• Hire, supervise, evaluate, and train counseling staff and related internships.
• Liaise with hospitals and community agencies to develop recruitment strategies and coordinate linkage projects.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across programs.
