Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the Division of Services for Addiction’s Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) at the Port Morris site. You will supervise counseling staff, manage admissions, review documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Master's degree required; field preferred is Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related.
• Must be a Qualified Health Professional (QHP).
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience required.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in daily management of a large Opioid Treatment Program (OTP).
• Review clinic staff documentation and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate admissions, intake paperwork, and client assignments.
• Develop, implement, and enforce clinical policies and programs.
• Assist in reviewing weekly billing and treatment plans.
• Hire, supervise, evaluate, and train counseling staff with Site Director.
• Monitor regulatory reporting and census management.
• Oversee fiscal operations and cash handling with staff.
• Assist with incident reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate time cards/UKG and staffing plans.
• Develop data collection and reporting systems for OASAS.
• Participate in CQI, case conferences, and leadership meetings.
