Job summary

Echota Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Liaison to act as the primary clinical contact for grant-funded programs and to lead clinical activities across projects. You will collaborate with project directors, grant staff, clinicians, and community partners to support screening, referrals, safety planning, and linkage to care, ensuring alignment with EBH practices and objectives.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a clinical field, an Oklahoma clinical license, and BLS

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical field is required.
• Active Oklahoma clinical license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT or equivalent) and BLS certification needed or obtainable within 60 days.
• Experience delivering behavioral health services and coordinating care with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of suicide-risk screening, safety planning, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical contact for EBH grant-funded programs.
• Assume Clinical Lead responsibilities for assigned projects and coordinate with leadership.
• Support screening, referrals, safety planning, follow-up and linkage-to-care processes.
• Coordinate referrals to behavioral health and supportive services with community partners.
• Provide clinical input on project plans, service coordination, and sustainability planning.
• Participate in meetings, staffings, and partner engagements as needed.
• Offer consultation and education on trauma-informed practices and referral procedures.
• Maintain documentation of clinical coordination, consultations, and project activities.
