Care Initiatives seeks a Clinical Liaison to bridge healthcare and business development across Cedar Falls/Waterloo territory. You will work with hospital partners, case managers, physicians, and families to ensure smooth transitions of care and drive referrals through trust and outcomes.
The role requires active RN/LPN/RT license and 2–3 years in healthcare marketing or sales, with a focus on skilled nursing.

Our skilled nursing organization is seeking a Clinical Liaison who brings both clinical expertise, such as an LPN, RN, or Respiratory Therapist, and a passion for consultative sales. With over forty (40) skilled nursing communities, eight (8) hospice offices (and growing!), plus our own internal staffing agency, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support at every stage of the healthcare journey.
This unique role bridges healthcare and business development, working closely with hospital partners, case managers, physicians, and families to ensure seamless transitions of care. If you understand patient acuity, can confidently speak the language of clinical decision-makers, and are motivated by driving referrals through trust and results, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. As a Clinical Liaison on our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and demonstrate your compassion, positively influencing the lives of our residents and team members. You must have an active RN, LPN, or RT license in order to be considered for this position. This role will be covering our Cedar Falls/Waterloo territory and qualified candidates must live in that area.
