Job summary

Marquis Health Consulting Services is seeking a Clinical Liaison for a full-time role with travel between partner facilities. You will build relationships with medical professionals, promote our standards, and support care coordination and transitions across settings.

The position requires an active license (RN/LPN/LSW preferred), an associate degree, and strong communication skills to engage healthcare partners and families effectively. Daily pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, hospitals, and facilities to support care coordination and referrals.
• Promote the organization''s mission and care standards to internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend facility meetings, calls, and trainings to support collaboration and communication across settings.
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professional handling of patient information and hospital property.
• Maintain referral-tracking logs to support admissions and coordination.
• Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports to department leaders for operational alignment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions of care.

Responsibilities for Clinical Liaison:

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with medical professionals, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities and organizations to support effective care coordination and referrals.
• Promote the organization’s philosophy, mission, and objectives both internally and externally, serving as a trusted representative of our care standards and values.
• Attend and actively participate in facility meetings, calls, and in-services to support collaboration, education, and strong communication across care settings.
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions, and ensure the respectful handling of patient information and hospital property.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date referral-tracking logs to support efficient admissions and care coordination.
• Prepare and distribute timely end-of-day reports to department leaders to ensure clear communication and operational alignment.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to support smooth transitions of care and ensure resident needs are clearly communicated and addressed.

Qualifications for Clinical Liaison:

• Valid driver's license required, as travel between facilities and partner organizations is essential.
• Current RN, LPN, or LSW licensure preferred.
• Associate's degree in a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and community partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple residents, patients, and care teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
