Job summary

Care Initiatives seeks a Clinical Liaison to bridge healthcare and business development across Cedar Falls/Waterloo territory. You will work with hospital partners, case managers, physicians, and families to ensure smooth transitions of care and drive referrals through trust and outcomes.

The role requires active RN/LPN/RT license and 2–3 years in healthcare marketing or sales, with a focus on skilled nursing.

Qualifications

• Active RN, LPN, or RT license is required.
• 2–3 years of proven success in healthcare marketing and/or sales.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.
• Understanding of the continuum of care and admissions process is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements a marketing plan aimed at professional referral partners in long-term care.
• Leads efforts to broaden community engagement.
• Completes marketing calls and documents referrals in the clinical record.
• Develops and evaluates initiatives to promote Care Initiatives' programs and services in compliance with laws.
