Fundamental in Fort Worth, Texas seeks a Marketing Liaison to build relationships with internal and external partners, guiding patients and families through hospital services during challenging times.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with hospital or long‑term care marketing experience, and must hold a current RN or LPN/LVN license; reliable transportation is required. This is a full‑time position offering a comprehensive benefits package.

This position is all about relationships and connections. Developing and maintaining relationships with people, both internal and external customers. Making a connection with a person during a very difficult time in their life and helping make that time a little easier. The Marketing Liaison has an outgoing personality and superior customer service skills that stand out among their peers.

Posted Salary Range

USD $85,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical field evaluations of patient referrals
• While under supervision, assess the needs of assigned referrals
• Develop solutions based on needs assessments, that meet identified needs, which result in inpatient and/or outpatient referrals.
• Educate patients/ residents and their families on facility/ hospital services and admission standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator; Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively
• Must be a licensed RN or LPN/LVN in good standing with the state (as required)
• Previous experience with hospital or long-term care marketing preferred
• Reliable transportation required
