You will collaborate with leaders to assess training needs, develop engaging materials, monitor effectiveness, and ensure programs comply with standards while advancing best practices and quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mental Health or closely related field.
• Provisionally licensed or fully licensed candidates preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical best practice standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational learning and development needs using stakeholder feedback.
• Develop, design, and deliver engaging clinical and operational training programs.
• Facilitate internal and external trainings for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with leaders across departments to support workforce development.
• Create and maintain training materials using approved branding standards.
• Monitor training effectiveness, participation, and outcomes for improvement.
